We specialize in heated classes - Original Hot Yoga and Inferno Hot Pilates - for all abilities and fitness levels. We offer outdoor classes at various locations around the state of Rhode Island, and our virtual classes can be done from the comfort of your home. Our classes are all designed with the beginner student in mind.
