MYEVV is a way to verify that services to a patient, who has signed up for a home healthcare service, are delivered. MY EVV is allows workers who visit patient homes to electronically clock in and out of shifts. The system logs key information including the date, time, and location by using the GPS of the mobile phone. When the employee signs in to the system, it facilitates them to enter all the services provided as per needs of the individual’s schedule. My EVV records all the required information so that reports can be produced as per requirements of any individual agency with the guidelines as stipulated by Medicaid/Medicare.

I am consistently having issues with the app. I will login and come back at the end of my shift to log out just to find that the login was never recorded. I literally have to screenshot every time I login and log out to prove that I logged in.

Location issues

As one of only 3 states that provide that family members can be care givers with strict guidelines. My family member/client is with me at all times. We live by the alarm clock for medications, PT, home RN visits, and MYEVV log in and log out times. When we are out and not in location or on the road to Doctor’s appointments (which are at least 1 hour away from “home base”) It would be helpful to have the ability to set and reset the location for accuracy. The GPS will register that we are not in our original location, gives the option to continue, but doesn’t return to home base location when we get back. There needs to be a way to restore locationand a time reset would be great. Not being able to make corrections is a hassle. Constantly having to make notations in the comment box at the end is an added issue. In my estimation this app is sadly lacking in it’s functionality for a caregiver.

Where do providers get off on boarding and contracting with a developers and have no track record on proper app engineering and development. This app is probably the cheapest in the market which why our providers use them. 7 months and over 20+ updates and it’s finally working for us. Great job Vipul! Experiment Successfully. Keep up the test trials for us caregivers to deal with the head ache of our bugged app and have to deal with our providers!
