Stay far away pink drinkers this is just a data grab for the puppetmasters do you really want your clinics to have your locations ,hear your conversations and use your online actions for any reason ? No thanks bozos its all they want is your info thats why theres not anything helpful about it for instance my clinic policy is that your not allowed to be a certain distance from clinic after you dose which is understandable they wouldnt want us selling benzos down the street and getting popped it would reflect on the clinic after enough events so now they can use the info from your gps to make sure were not hanging out to close doh! Thats just one way they can use this many more are being used many so complex and dirty i wont even pollute my keyboard with them but trust they are watching and by apping up like good little bobbleheads your agreeing to be bobbled fools all of you may the makers of this app be cursed for time and all eternity to never be free minds ever.

This App has been a Great Time Saver and really helped streamline my mornings there. It allows me to check-in as I’m walking in the door, and bypass the lines at the window or computer terminal. It also allows me to see my basic account info and notifications right from the phone! It’s so easy to sign-up, I did it one morning after a friend told me waiting in line for them to open that he signed in on his phone, I got on the App Store, Downloaded, entered my location & a few bits of basic info, and I had an account and was signed in to the queue in about 3 minutes before the doors even opened. I was 7th in the line at the door but 3rd in line as I walked in. Everyone who seems to have an issue with this, has issues with completely irrational things, such as believing their clinic watches everything they do on their phone & everywhere they go, it tells you on the download page what info they collect & what they use. Yet these same people do not say they actually got in any kind of trouble with their clinic. And the other issues seem to be rules and policies that their clinics instate and do not fall under things the app can control. Such as when & how payments get processed on the clinics end, or when the clinic begins allowing check-ins. I would recommend anyone get this, Super Convenient!

Why aren’t there surveys to the users? Surveys that ask whether or not the info engage is showing it’s users (from Engage’s customers) is accurate? I use the app to get in line and get wait time estimates. Currently the wait times are horridly inaccurate. And the place I’m getting in line at admits it. But they said they don’t know what to do about it. Engage should be giving out surveys to the users so that they can gauge the accuracy of the info that companies are using their app to put out. If there are a disproportionate amount of people saying the info is inaccurate, Engage can send the surveys to the company and help them improve. Otherwise there will continue to be bad ratings for the app and apathetic companies that are hardly aware of what it’s like on the user’s end. Then again, maybe it’s just Engage that’s apathetic and ok with a mediocre product.

My clinic in Pensacola Florida is really good at making bad decisions that affect their patients. Requiring us to use this app is just one of those issues. it’s been over a year and I have not once been able to check in through this app. If I’m not within range of the clinic, I can’t even access any information about my account, do I have a random drug screening or does my counselor need to speak with me ,what monies are due for upcoming requirements by the federal government. I have always ended up having to seek out a counselor who has better things to do than to check me in. After reading the reviews about data collection I am now deleting this app. Whether or not my clinic requires me to use the app is in consequential as they recently forced all of us to switch to liquid unless you have a doctors note which is laughable so I’ll be seeking treatment elsewhere.
