I sync religiously with the app and it really enhances my chances weekly. When shopping for food I use it to scan packages and decide to put things back sometimes because of high syns and it records my food as I go ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I’m in the US, and I just finished my third week, with a total cumulative loss of 7 lbs, which I’m very happy with. I turned 66 this year, and with every year it’s been harder and harder to lose those pounds.I really enjoy the online experience. I’m learning more and more each day, as I delve into the website. It’s almost as if I have a personal trainer, without ever leaving the house! The daily events are fun & motivating, and along with the ability to enter my food, look up foods or alternative ones, the podcasts, the daily recording of my meals, SW has become my favorite app, keeping my interest in my ultimate goal. I also subscribed to the magazine, through the SW Magazine App, and reading them also keeps me focused. It’s becoming obvious to me that, along with the program, I need to eat less and be more active, if I’m to reach my eventual goal, from 13 stone down to 9 stone. I know I can do it, if I stay focused. I have not been this excited about losing weight in many years. I realize it’s early days, but I feel confident this is how I will finally lose this burden I’ve been carrying for such a long time. I notice there’s another app, SW Bookreader, for blind members. Because I’m overseas and do not have access to groups or easily able to purchase books, it would be nice to have an app where your books could be viewed online too, perhaps through this app. Your books are great and very reasonably priced, and I have a few from my last visit to the UK that I found in a charity shop, but with ever increasing postal and customs’ fees added, it makes them not as cost effective. It’s just a thought. Thank you Slimming World!

Namjoon for president.
I’m not going to rate it because I haven’t tried it out yet. BUT it was a huge turn off when I couldn’t access the whole thing because I’m in a different continent :/ I’d seen a really good review on the app, yet I can’t even try it out cause I live in the U.S. and I’m pretty much broke so- Kinda expected more.
