Great App for improving and protecting your hearing.
Jar el
I am a singer with the band having their amps behind me and monitors in front of me. My hearing was taking a downturn. I searched the internet for something that would help my hearing and ran across an article on this app. I have used this app for about 2 months now and have been very happy with it. As with all new apps, there have been a few glitches. The graphs didn’t work. Some of the music in my playlist could not play through this app. But the use of the app for protecting and improving my hearing, worked flawlessly! I used the app everyday for over a month and really saw an improvement in my hearing. I use it now every few days to maintain and protect my hearing. I will try the graphs in the next few days to see if this update has addressed that issue. This is a great app. Keep improving and expanding its uses.
Feel deceived and cheated

I’m giving the app two stars because the functionality of the app works perfectly. Other than that it gets zero stars for the way this app is marketed and I can’t help but feel they are deceiving the public. Here is why, you start off with a free trial, which is great. You could actually see and experience an app that works flawlessly. What happens after the free trial is you will automatically be swung into the $9.99 plan. The problem with this is with this plan is you start out at the frequency that you’re hearing is most deficient in. That might sound good to the general public, but they should know better. For most of the population over 50 years old that means you will start out in the 12,000 Hz range which almost everybody is deficient in and there are no fundamental frequency’s in that range only harmonics. Even the highest female human voice only fundamentally goes to 3000 Hz any online search will reveal this information. I wanted to improve my hearing, so I could hear human voices and watch movies more easily and with the basic plan you’ll be stuck at the 12,000 Hz level which absolutely will not do you any good while you pay $10 a month trying to improve it as it will not let you move to the next frequency, unless you get the pro plan. If you get the app, do yourself a favor, get on your computer and look up the frequency range of human hearing. Ignore the free trial bologna except for the fact you will see the app does work well. Ignore the $10 a month plan and go right to the pro plan then choose the proper frequencies that you would like to hear. Meaning if you want a human voices more easily go more to the mid range and forget about starting out at 12,000 Hz which is ridiculous. I am not a hearing expert, but all this information is online and simple to find out.
Not sure what to think of this app yet
Sakenu
Wonder if it is gimmicky. Been trying for it for sometime and trying to see if it makes a difference. So far haven’t seen a difference but will continue. Don’t like it that it is a paid subscription and not that cheap. Updated and lowered my rating since I found a few bugs with the app. Have sent those bugs to the company hopefully they can resolve it. But for the paid subscription would think it should be less or free if essentially we are beta’ing the app. Update April 10, 2022. So got email from developer. App still has a few bugs and hope they can fix it soon. Updated my review from 2 to 3 since app developers seem to really want to fix their product and are receptive to feedback. But for price would think their main part of volume control should be fixed since this is main part of the therapy. Hopefully it works in future will try again once app is more stable with bugs fixed. Concept and practice seems to be easy and straight forward and hopefully it can help with hearing loss and tinnitus.

Not Sure, concerned about dizziness and damage to hearing…
X800000
I tried the trial; t was hard to determine any results so I paid for a month. After 4 weeks of daily use for 1 hour I’ve noticed that the hearing fluctuates. According to the app, it’s sometimes a couple points better and then goes back close to the original score. I use it for one hour daily as directed. Yesterday I could hear faint but distinct sounds similar to the therapy, without using the app, so I only did 30 minutes instead of 60. Today my score dropped significantly, slightly lower than my original score before starting the therapy.I’ve been having mild dizziness after starting this, which is concerning. So I’m really not sure if this is causing hearing damage, as some reviews mention, but the score also slightly improved by a couple of points before going back down. I don’t notice much difference in the hearing except that the very faint buzzing in one ear might be very slightly less. I’m not sure if I’ll continue for the next month. I’d suggest starting with the standard plan and just try one month first. I paid for premium for 1 month but am prompted to only use the standard settings, so it’s a waste of $ for premium.Figuring out the premium settings is a job for an ear specialist. Also the therapy is supposed to be inaudible but after careful taking the test over and over, it constantly sets the therapy loud enough to hear. I see other complaints about this, hopefully the company will finally address it.
