What is the purpose of the “keep me signed in” button when it NEVER keeps me signed in? I have to re-log in EVERY few days, which is VERY ANNOYING. If it’s going to require a sign-in so often, at least allow for face ID to make it easier please.

Useful. Better than a few years ago.

Very useful for my small business. My only, (and kind of a big) complaint is that you have to use specific item names to get search results. Searching for products gets very frustrating if you haven’t ordered them before or are looking for a new product. A couple positive aspects: your in-store purchase items (separate tab) are accessible so you can reference that list. The items are broken down for easier pricing (when figuring menu pricing and cost control)

Since the latest update I was forced to do it’s impossible to sign into the app. The choice of home use vs business use is no longer there.. it’s only business use, and when I tried to sign in (as being the only option)it wouldn’t acknowledge my password. I hit “forgot password” even though I didn’t, so it would send me a link via email that never came. Totally worthless now so I deleted the app and will shop online at the store who’s app only gets better and better with each update. Your loss GFS.

Not built for business owners

UI needs a refresh and search function needs some help. The part of this app that drives me the most crazy is that you cannot save your card for checkout and have to manually enter it every single time.As a service built for businesses, missing a super easy feature like this defeats the whole purpose to help a business order seamlessly order more products. Another fault is the lack of split shipping. If an item can be in stock tomorrow and another one 3 days from now, it will only allow me to defer the entire shipment and not split shipping, requiring me to place two separate orders AND manually type my card info in twice. They show it as an option, but it’s never able to click.Hire a new developer please.

Shop is officially out of beta, and emptying your cart is now faster and smoother. This release also fixes custom guides deleted in Gordon Ordering still showing in Shop, Critical Items on Home not updating after you remove an item, missing address details when you select a location, and errors when saving long entries in Feedback, InnoServ, Rate Delivery and contact forms.
