I like that I can create work outs to time each move. I love that I can change the colors to make them easier to read or use the voice command. I hate that the app closes when you click on an item within your work out. I hate even more that the app stops performing when your phone screen sleeps. The whole point is to be hands free 😞. Please fix this!

I use this app with my PE students and track athletes. With my PE students, I AirDrop them circuits to do on our walking path at school. It gives them a tool to use outside of school to work on their general fitness. They love it because it gives them the feeling of freedom in their workout because I’m not standing in front of them with a stop watch.With track, we always end practice with 6, 8, or 10 minute abs. The exercise changes every 30 seconds, so it’s nice to send it to the kids for them to do while I’m wrapping up with other event groups.
