This release corrects some user experience issues found in the iOS 26 update.

This release introduces expanded functionality and refinements to improve patient and clinic experiences. Clinics’ custom feature labels now carry through to the mobile app, Dexcom integration is available in Australia and Canada, and lab results are displayed in a more organized, intuitive format. Additional updates include renaming “Favorites” to “Pinned” in labs, support for sending text and images in a single message, and multiple bug fixes to enhance stability and accuracy across the app. Functionality Updates * Clinics who customize feature labels for functionality such as messaging, journal, labs, etc., will now see those custom labels reflected in the mobile app for their patients. * Our Dexcom integration will now support users in the Australian and Canadien markets. * The list for Lab Results will not appear in a categorized and more intuitive display allowing patients to more easily access their lab results. * The list of “Favorite: biomarkers for Labs has been renamed to “Pinned”. Bug Fixes * An update has been made to properly capture HTML in certain customized metrics specific to customers. * A fix has been made to alter the labs chart in either ascending or descending date periods depending on the preference of the customer. * Users can now send images and text in a single message. * Lab results that span across multiple lab test categories will now correctly display in each category. * A bug that impacted users with multiple accounts showing notification counts incorrectly has been resolved. * A fix has been made to prevent crashes on iPhone SE models.

This release introduces enhanced dashboard customization with expanded metric search and support for viewing Notes in dark mode. It also includes multiple bug fixes improving organization switching, message formatting, dashboard loading, device tile syncing, unread message counts, and regional decimal formatting.

This update brings smarter dashboards that refresh as you add data, enhanced blood pressure entries with heart rate (systolic/diastolic/heart rate), and improved lab organization that matches the web experience. You can now pin key lab components for quick access and connect Mira fertility trackers. We also fixed search reliability, restored default tiles for new users, and corrected journal visibility for orgs that disabled it.

We’ve re-engineered our experience across our mobile app to provide a more seamless experience, capturing our patient specific features in the bottom navigation bar, and segmenting account and application management into the app’s left-hand navigation bar. This will allow for a more intuitive navigation, look, and feel. In addition, we’re providing access to External Links published by a patient’s provider for additional resources and insights into your health journey.
