Gemini Exchange & Credit Card 4+

Waiting on verification for a while but finally have been approved.

Love the app and have been purchasing crypto for months and trading via Gemini exchange but for some reason my verification is still pending after 3 months and I can transfer or withdraw any funds, but I can buy and trade which should mean I’m verified!! I’ve emailed constantly but get a pre written response on instructions for using the exchange, I can’t get a answer as to why I’ve not been granted verification especially after uploading over 20 documents!!! Otherwise I love the app due to lightning fast purchase to trade transactions, security, design, and the ability to purchase gift cards. Definitely more trusting and customer oriented than coinbase where one accidentally charge back gets you banned or eternity even you pay it back !!! Would like to see more promotions or a learn and earn opportunity! But 3 months to verify a customer is strange and probably just a glitch, I mean social security makes decisions disability decisions quicker!!! Update finally received verification with reasonable explanation regarding the massive influx of new users and the increased workload placed on exchange and purchasing platforms. So I’ve increased my rating to 5 stars because Gemini has established itself as a leader and shown that they take pride in being an trustworthy, innovative, secure platform. And love the new earn/staking options that’s been added!

I initially invested a total of $105,000 over a period of 6 weeks my broker. My bonus was meant to be $302,798. you know, making a total of $407,798 but i was faced with a major issue. Every attempt to make withdrawal failed and i was instructed to make another deposit of $25,000 before I can make withdrawals which i did because i trusted him at the time and i had little or no experience. After making the deposit, i was unable to make withdrawals and all attempt to contact broker proved futile . This is very pathetic and i felt so bad and stupid for losing my investment. Considering Gemini? THINK AGAIN

Either this company sells your info or they’ve had a data breach.. I signed up for their “service” this year because I was gonna transfer just a little brave (Bat) coin and now after a few months I’m getting the same crypto spam every week from random email accounts to 2 separate emails that have no connection to one another whatsoever EXCEPT through Gemini. Hind sight tells me I should have used a forwarding address because now both of my secure emails that I use for financial purposes are potentially compromised

UPDATE: Just to forewarn people; the developers only use the app reviews for app improvements.. app works fine but only minimal ability vs the website.

However, I would ultimately steer clear of this company in general as they didn’t inform me of the 5.6M+ users that had their email addresses stolen from a 3rd party data-mgmt company as this has increased the spam to my inbox by 10X… actually had to Google it to find out that email addresses had been stolen from one of their 3rd party data mgmt companies -and as I mentioned before they didn’t care to inform me that this was the case and probably nobody else that has entrusted them with their financial data. Will be contacting them tomorrow to make sure the rest of my data is eliminated from their system(s) and hopefully anyone that uses Gemini or is considering Gemini will make the responsible choice regarding this company.
