Beautiful App!

What a fun, relaxing and helpful app! I downloaded the app a few weeks ago and have used it every day since. It is clear to me that the creator has worked with kids in the past as the meditations provided give calm, clear instructions perfect for all ages! Meditation without instruction can be hard for kids, and Meditation For Kids overcomes that by having voiceovers for each meditation. These voiceovers provide guidance whilst still allowing the kids a chance to use their imagination in a calming way. I love the names of each mediation and the animal friends to go with it, ‘Sleepy Night Garden’ being a favorite in my house. Did I mention the app provides more than just mediations as well? Bed time stories, ‘sleep music’ and even a special section for older kids. I definitely recommend this app!

Writing a review as a 11 year old kid is hard. I just tried out this app for about 5 minutes and found out it was not for me. I think this app should not be rated 4+, I think it should be rated 2-6. They are all sounds for smaller kids that I just get bored listening to. Personally, Headspace works better for me. And another reason this is a one-star review is because they don’t make the categories simple, such as relaxation, or anxiety like they do in headspace. Instead they use names such as relaxation. How do you know which soundtracks to fall asleep to? There are like three different categories that are essentially the same as the relaxation category, c’mon man, just make it simple! Also, how are you supposed to know how to use the meditation sounds when you don’t know how to meditate? I mean, the biggest part of your audience has to be the 2-6 year-olds! These people don’t know beans about meditating, much less anything like it, or anything, in general. I think this s could have been a better app, but if you like the app, go ahead, I don’t care. Just remember, I am an 11 year-old boy expressing my opinion in essentially an essay.

I really recommend this mediation app. For me personally I have anxiety and this app really helps me relax and calm down. Also I have trouble sleeping at night and that gives me anxiety sometimes so I use sleep oasis and that makes me fall asleep super quickly also if you do not fall asleep your still sleepy from it and you do fall asleep super quickly. Sleep oasis can be found in bigger kid extra’s. I recommend bigger kid extras if your child is 8 or older. But don’t worry if your child is under that age there is tons of younger kid ones as well. Also they have more than just meditations. In conclusion I would really recommend this app for any age even an adult. (the people that work on this app did not pay me do say these nice things and I am not lying.)
