I havent been able to access my account for a week now. Every time I try to log in with my credentials, it tells me login failed. Even when attempting to reset my password, it won’t work. Calling “cardholder” support does nothing to improve the situation. The number listed on both the back of the card and on their “website” leads you to a call service that has “no affiliation” with the website (this app). This is an absolutely disgusting waste of time and technology. Inprepaid Techonologies is a scam and should be expecting legal action against them for negligence

This is literally the worst app and worst service I’ve ever had to deal with. My paycheck was being deposited to this card, but in a year’s time, I was only able to access the actual banking site 3 times. It almost never works when you try to log in. They’ll have the wrong information about you, but never correct it no matter what you do. It’s like the app and the service have left the building never to return. I finally gave up and went with someone else, and I’m so glad I did!!

I knew i should be worried when my job switched to prepaid card for my tips instead of giving me cash, and it turns out i was right. I have over $300 that i can't access because the app crashes and the website server crashes and keeps giving me an error screen when I try to contact support. I don't know if this is an outright scam or just an absolutely horrible business but i would never use them again.

I’ve tried for 2 weeks to look at my bank account info to see my transactions and can’t even see because it says login in failed tried calling customer support there not affiliated with this app please fix this bug and change the layout of your app it’s so difficult
