Get back in shape without taking time from your kids. Under 20 minutes a day at home.
Since the kids arrived, all your time goes to them and you've been left for later. PlayFit gives you a session every day of under 20 minutes to do at home, no equipment, while they nap or before they wake up. Built for how you feel today, even if you barely slept.
BAD DAYS COUNT TOO
Short on time? One tap and your session gets shorter. No energy? Gentler, or a proper rest day. Something bothering you? Tell it in your own words and PlayFit swaps the exercises.
SEE YOURSELF GETTING BETTER
Every 4 weeks, the same fitness test, compared with your result from a month ago. And every week you see whether you hit the days you set yourself.
IT KNOWS HOW YOU FEEL
It checks how you slept and what you trained. After a rough night, the session goes easier.
NOTHING TO THINK ABOUT
Open the app, see today's session and why, and train with video and voice for every exercise, at your level. The more you train, the better it knows you.
Your health data never leaves your iPhone. Intelligence runs on your device and on Apple's Private Cloud Compute: your data is never used to train models or shared with third parties.
Your first session is free. After that, PlayFit is a subscription with a 14-day free trial: if it's not for you, you leave without paying.
