The game is glitched or bug needs fixed and I’ve lost half of my items.. I contacted Apple support, Google store, the purchases I made I have lost VNG just gave me half of my items back.. I’ve been playing this game for years and I love it but you can’t lift something that won’t work and the company will not give you what you’ve paid for and I’ve spent close to $190 on gift cards to purchase infinite ammo no reload no ads remove and money go in my rubies not all there I was at rank 30 now I think I’m at rank 12 the game plays in the background and you’re still on the main menu and you can see the score as you kill this zombies but you can’t see the zombies you’re killing wow need to reimburse me with credit in my wallet or the items that I purchased do the math It’s a shame to have played this game for so long and lost so much…;(

I love playing Dead Target thats why I gave the game 4 stars but since I’ve started back playing the game I haven’t been able to purchase any Event items or packages I’ve updated and reinstalled the game as instructed by VNG support and nothing has changed and I noticed that once you sync you can’t do it again and now I’ve played and accomplished the rank of Captain V . Please advise me ASAP what I can do now.

Follow up. Since the update videos now work but in PVP it loads the players and 98% of the time it plays a video before you can play. You hear the sound of the fight during the video. By the time you get to play the game time is reduced from 3 minutes to 2 minutes and 20 seconds or less. Also I can’t find any way to increase my armor in PVP. I’m stuck with 377 while everyone else is at 8787! No reply from customer service yet. Fairly good gameplay but the videos almost never work when trying to gain extra energy or free gold, grenades or health kits. So many glitches in the game it tells me not to spend money on it. In PVP you can get stuck running in place and unable to do anything but wait to be killed. Another glitch puts you in constant fire mode unable to move. If you happen to hit a health restore at the same time you get killed it still takes the kit from you.

I was looking forward to trying this game out since I already have Dead Target and I enjoy that game. Seems like I’m this one you get less money for rewards then you do with DT and you have to upgrade each section of the weapon which I do not like because it uses up more of your gold and cash. Then the game kept prompting to upgrade my weapon for the next challenge that it was going to be more difficult so I kept doing it and went through my gold quick and most of my cash, so when it came up again for the next mission I passed because I wanted to have something left and turns out I made it through the mission just fine.Not as many good scenarios like on DT. The final issue that made me delete the game was how i got killed off way to easily at least three times when the zombies had just started to come at me not enough to say mission failed like literally 1-2 zombies swipe at me once and I was a goner.
