Extremely difficult to use

The concept of this app is great, but the lack of execution with just about every part of it makes it impossible to use and obsolete. Aside from it taking forever to load each page, it will kick me out of whatever prompt I’m completing. It won’t let me type in information and freeze for several minutes at a time. I start all over just to have the same issues happen again. The difficulty of using this app makes me so frustrated that I end up visiting a clinic in person. What’s the point? What’s the point of making an app to help patients that does not work effectively and in the end people are still going out into the public sick. I’ve given the chance for more than one update - no real changes to the blatant glitches have been made. I want to be able to take advantage of this app I really do, but with it never being fixed, I’m not getting my hopes up.

This app is extremely glitchy. Tried to add a surgery and it kept giving an error. Log in on a computer and it had been added 6 times. Can’t view my records without it crashing.

I wanted to get screened for Coronavirus bc of the symptoms I had. They told me they couldn’t do that, that I had to go through a screening through the government listed number for my state. I did and was told that I screened negative for covid-19. So I requested again through 1800MD to be screened for a cold because I obviously have something. Everyone I request a consult I received a text message saying my request has been dropped. Awesome.
