The food from Gianni’s in Red Bank is always fantastic. We highly recommend the Angry Grandma pizza. The employees at the Red Bank location are always friendly. The home delivery service is consistently on time and the food arrives hot and in excellent condition. Everyone in our family enjoys Gianni’s nights.

We ordered in advance tonight because we have out of town guests coming. I ordered for 7:15 because our guests weren’t getting here till 7ish. I understand advance orders may come a little earlier or a little later, but this order came 50 min early at 6:25. Honestly it’s lucky we were even home as we’d ordered before we got home ourselves. When I said this to the delivery person, I was just told “oh well.” No offer to try to remedy the situation or anything. And there is nowhere in the app to leave feedback or issues with your order (other than writing a review which is why I am doing this).

Superior food with large portions

Since the pandemic is have ordered multiple meals for my parents who are senior citizens and unable to get out. They have thoroughly enjoyed all of the selections and have told me the the portions are so large that they have meals for days. Thank you for being open during these difficult times

I don’t really know how every single time I order a drink I don’t get it. It’s only 2 or 3 dollars it’s not the end of the world but it’s not a first or second time thing, virtually every time I order and if I get a drink it doesn’t come. I consistently spend 30 to 70 dollars on food for my friends or family and this is always an issue. For how expensive the food prices have become which I understand is due to COVID and I am sympathetic of that I am disappointed.

Gianni's x Toast POS Integration: • App orders will now be sent straight to our kitchen • No more mistakes from re-inputting app orders into our POS • Enabling more items and modification possibilities • Allowing us to more efficiently and properly serve you NOTE; With the integration you will lose your favorite items, past orders and quick order but not to worry you can re-choose your favorites and set a quick order after you have placed an order on the new system. Your accounts will be unaffected so you can continue to use the same email + password, earned ribbons and any saved addresses or payment information. As always we look forward to continue to provide the best possible ordering experience with exciting new ways to interact with us.
