The app is easy to use overall and provides an excellent platform to communicate with my trainer. As someone who develops software improvements as part of my other job activities, I have a few recommendations:- I would like an audible alert at the end of a rest period, similar to how an alert is given at the end of a timed set. Maybe a different tone to differentiate from the existing timer. - In reading other reviews, I agree that it would be helpful to pull forward weights used previously on a particular exercise when a new session is dropped by the trainer. I, too, have to look back to prior data.- Just started using the meal tracker. It froze a couple times when trying to scan barcodes, which caused me to delay starting to use the app and continue using My Fitness Pal. (I don’t have the upgrade on that app, so I can’t scan at all there, so it’s nice to have that capability again if it works). Also, I’ve noticed that the library of preloaded foods is limited compared to My Fitness Pal, and I have to do a lot of manual additions. I hope that library is being expanded, and/or manual entries by other users like myself will become searchable for use in my own log.

The app generally serves its purpose, but the workout part is super glitchy and doesn’t always record exercises as “checked.” Then when I try to go back and make edits to re-check them, the app crashes. I also think the meals portion has a long way to go, like a section to log food or being able to integrate with my fitness pal or Loseit. The grocery list should at least collapse like items into one instead of showing the food every time it’s in a recipe. It needs to serve the client as much as the coaches.

I honestly don’t even know where to begin! $185 a month for six months only to get absolutely no constructive feedback and actions for improvements, the workouts were not tailored to me whatsoever. This “coach” not ONCE gave me any instructions on how to properly perform any of the workouts, those videos of the workouts were useless for the most part leading me to just google how to do them properly anyways, ADVANCED workouts that were WAY out of my current physical capabilities but suggested for me to “try”, the amount of workouts that targets the same exact muscle groups in one day were very questionable, and making my sessions sometime pushing over 3 hours in the gym just to finish them. NO REST DAYS! The final nail on the coffin was when I asked what am I doing wrong and how can I readjust, the answer I got was a snarky “what do you want me to do?”. My “coach” was self proclaimed “I know what I’m doing, I’ve been doing this for a long time”. I can now confidently beg to differ. Do yourself a HUGE favor and find an actual qualified professionally certified fitness coach and nutritionist. Do not be lead by these fitness influencers who’s only after money and clout.

I liked the beginning part all the explanation in the PDFs, however this is my third month and nothing has changed in the PDF regarding my macros. I have been weighting my food and even though I see differences from the beginning there is not that many changes. I guess I’m not that fat to lose weight so quick. I love the exercise section but I’m very social and busy person I can’t workout 1,5 hours for 6 days. I think that what is advertised for this program is not true😓 there is not that much of personalized support, they just post pre-filmed videos and you get your weekly video from your coach. I’m staying on more month because I have to, but I can definitely do this only with the PDFs they send monthly.
