I absolutely love using the MYKIDZDAY app. It has been a great investment and addition to my family childcare program. I save money on ink and paper as well as time filling out daily sheets for my students. Kelly has been extremely helpful and is also there when I need assistance. My parents love that I can send them photos and videos of their children during the day, send messages and their daily activities. The MYKIDZDAY app is convenience in the palm of your hand. Very misleading

I purchased a yearly myKidzDay membership after being shown an impressive demo by Kelly, who made the app sound professional and supportive for childcare providers. Once I started using it, I quickly realized the app did not function as presented. It was limited in features, not user-friendly, and my daycare families disliked it.Kelly mentioned that their team would help set everything up, but I ended up doing it all myself. I have call logs and messages showing she did very little, despite claiming she invested her time. When I reached out within just two days to request a refund — or even a partial one — she said she would “check with the board.” It became clear this was just a delay tactic, since she herself makes the decisions. She never followed up.I reached out politely multiple times by voicemail and text, but instead of professionalism, I was told I was “harassing” her. It’s clear this company is not interested in true customer satisfaction — it was easy money for them once payment was made.If you value honesty, transparency, and good support, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. myKidzDay is not what it appears to be.

I am very excited to use this app. I’ve been looking for the perfect app to allow better parent/ teacher communication. I am a nanny I wanted a better way for my parents to be involved in their child’s every day! I was having a hard time choosing the right app. The staff behind this app reached out to me. Administrative features are the best I have seen in any other software.
