Perfect for paying bills and transferring money quickly. I trust its security, and it’s nice to have a tool that covers everything I need in one place. Haven’t had any problems so far. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family looking for an app like this!

The application is not flexible enough and not letting me transfer money to a different account out of Qcard and even when trying to transfer money between accounts with the same bank it’s giving limit exceeding! I know it’s a bank policy and not your problem as developer but I hope you forward the msg to them. Regarding the application itself, please make it able to save information to avoid entering them every time. And the app could inform me that I am exceeding my limits or whatever banking restrictions before completing the whole process of receiving the passcode on my phone. And finally please advice whoever holding the authorizations on the card to be responsive first and to give the authorization at least for the basic needs instead of taking the advantage of having the control and make it hard on the customer to get there money .. I was happy that u finally fixed the issue when inputting number of card’s recipient the text field would go up and you can’t paste it! It was so annoying for months . Now there is another issue, I was trying to update my information and I was unable to finish step three in which you ask about my profession and my salary because when I’m trying to choose my profession the done button down the screen gets covered by the professions options and there there is no ok button on the side so I can’t finish it ! So Dumb and so annoying

Very bad app and it is not easy and we have been trying for 2 months now and whatever we try the picture and scanned documents are not being accepted. No matter inside light or outside light night light or day light. We can’t get the retirement money for 2 months now because of this stupid app. I don’t know who designed it and how they designed it!!! I lost hope with this app and I know no one will care about making it easier for people living abroad.
