So many pharmacies seem to have numb employees that don’t have any compassion for you or how you feel ie; sick, in pain or whatver symptoms that ail you, could even be your insurance (ugh)…THIS GIANT PHARMACY IS A MUST IF…you’re looking for a pharmacy that truly CARES, willing to put YOUR BEST INTEREST FIRST and show it with staff that make you feel welcome and that you do matter, regardless of what you are dealing with. The concern, efficiency, knowledge and communication is top notch.Thanks Giant RxA very special thank you to Charles and Savannah. You both are so personable and genuine. I sure hope you both know how much you’re appreciated…just by being you and choosing to be in this field. I will maybe update this review in the future with my actual star rating of the app itself. But my local Giant Pharmacy is the most amazing thing ever. i’ve never experienced such a level of personal care and professionalism from a pharmacy. I know this has nothing to do with the app but in my mind that makes me want to give this five stars until I feel like articulating what I feel could be improved about the app, which is a good bit. Functionally it works well. Prescriptions show up very quickly in the app after my doctor sends them. Although the interface and organization is often very confusing, and it is difficult to determine which ones are new, and which are old. Often prescriptions that have just been sent and will appear at the very bottom of the “filled prescriptions” section. I get a lot of prescriptions every month, so it’s especially chaotic for me. Submitting refill requests is seamless and I have yet to have an issue with the pharmacy not receiving it.Anyway, thank you to my local Giant Pharmacy and its wonderful staff. They go above and beyond every time. I love you guys ❤️

I’ve been a long time (20+ years) customer of cvs and recently changed from very good employer benefits to Medicare only to find out that cvs is not the even close to the best pricing. I’ve never even considered a grocery store pharmacy before yet found their prices way more competitive when my insurance fails me. Kudos to giant! The app has been easy to get used to & I’m am in the process of transferring all of my meds to giant (which is considerable due to a complex genetic disease). This has been a well researched decision on my part.

I want to start by saying giant pharmacy in my town is really wondering. I only have positive things to say about them. The app for giant used to be great as well, but it was recently updated and changes were made that make everything harder. #1. I used to be able to simply use Face ID to sign in. With the update I had to sign in using my password, and then start using a PIN. Which was fine except that sometimes the app won’t let me use the PIN. No matter what I do. It makes me use the password and won’t accept my password until I make a new password. I’ve had to do this 2 times now. I think I may have it set up now to use Face ID again but who knows when it will require me to enter my password again which will make me have to change my password which is already something I won’t remember because it wouldn’t let me change it to any passwords similar to my old password!!#2 With the update I can no longer see any prescriptions anywhere on the app between requesting a refill and having the it show up as filled. Previously I could see if it was in process, or too early to refill or if there was another issue. However now I can not find it anywhere on the app, so I don’t even know if it’s in process. Please fix these issues!
