To improve air quality, an Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) will be in place in central London from 8 April 2019. This will cover the same area as the Congestion Charge zone.
With the Pay to drive in London app you will be able to:
- Pay for Congestion Charge, ULEZ, and LEZ charges
- Pay for previous day, today, or tomorrow charges
- Pay Penalty Charge Notices
- View map of zones and check if a postcode is in a charging area
- Sign up to Auto Pay and save on the daily Congestion Charge
- Manage your account, vehicles, and payment details
- Review payment history
This release is to update our App with changes to the Congestion Charge and new tiered Cleaner Vehicle Discount for electric vehicles
