You’re supposed to be allowed to push up to 50 pics at a time, but the process will fail or freeze multiple times, even when only trying to send 10-20. The real frustration comes from the fact that the frame actually imported the photos the first time…meaning the subsequent times you sent photos to the frame are all now duplicated, or triplicated, or worse. The real fun? You can’t managed the media on your frame from the app! So when you have to delete the doubles/triples on the frame, you have to do it from the frame, not your phone!

I was setting the frame up for a Christmas gift and while yes, the text in the boxes is hard to read ... it didn’t keep me from quickly and easily setting up an app account and getting the frame set up. The transfer from the app works seamlessly. I’m very happy with this function. I have been unable to get the email delivery of photos set up at this point but can understand, based on the reviews and the fact that it’s Christmas that the company is likely overwhelmed. Being a small business owner, myself, I can sympathize. As a work around until the email function is resolved, I’ve set up family members as users on their own apps and bound the device to their app. This works if anyone is having issues ... hopefully the email function is fixed quickly. Overall I am not unhappy, will not be returning the frame and look forward to purchasing another one for myself. Hopefully this helps get through the holidays! Merry Christmas!

I bought this for my grandmother, and set it up in under 10 minutes. I have an iPhone X, and I was able to see the text that I was typing- not sure what the deal was with others. I panicked when I saw the reviews, but I already had a backup plan in mind- type the text on the Notepad app, copy, and paste in this app. I wasn’t going to fail with this gift!!!My frame ID was SIX letters, and my confirmation was six NUMBERS.I can only send nine pictures at once from my phone, but they quickly load on the frame. Grandma doesn’t have WiFi, so the new pics did not load until I used my Personal Hotspot as WiFi, and connected her frame. They came in as fast as text messages. I’m happy with my purchase, and the app!!!!

So, I got this frame for my mom when she went into the hospital and wouldn’t be home for a while to load pic of her grandkids and the rest of us too. Several people never could get the app to work for them, a few could. Now I, the one who set it up, have no connection to it. It won’t take any pictures I send. I thought maybe there was too many pictures so I deleted everything I sent thinking I would send just the ones I was going to keep. Nope, deleted them all and it still won’t take any pictures! I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and everything else I can think of short of resetting the frame to manufacture settings and losing the few pics my siblings sent. Right now I feel like it’s not worth it but when I got it, it was great.
