Verint WFM for Branch increases workforce engagement and collaboration with easy to use mobile features. The app is an extension of the core solution. Users can submit time off requests, swap and offer shifts, and set their unavailability preferences on-the-go from their mobile devices. Managers can edit schedules and publish all changes for the branches they manage. Communication within the organization is made easy through our Connect platform. Users can: • Edit schedules and publish changes from the Branch Scheduler page • View daily schedules for all employees from the Branch Schedule report • View employee monthly calendars from the Connect Calendar • Employees can submit their time off requests and unavailability preferences • Employees can swap and offer shifts • Managers can review and respond to all employee requests

Mailer coupons
I can’t click the verify account button because the number pad won’t hide and I tried removing the app and rebooting my phone and reinstalling the app. Still won’t work after last update. Worked fine before. My coworker had no issues with account verification

Very disruptive when it doesn’t work.

This app is great when it works, but when it fails, it only adds stress. A warning in the blog posts on the first page or something about upcoming updates or down-time for maintenance would be welcome. That way I could plan around them and not be stuck without knowing what time I’m suppose to be at my next shift.
Very disruptive when it doesn’t work.

This application demands I change my password more than any other system I utilize. Regardless, from the application, it WILL NOT let you scroll down to the “Confirm Password” Field. Per example, I cannot access my schedule this morning because it’s demanding I change my password and then doesn’t let me.
