Honestly the worst App I have ever used. When I enter the correct password it takes me to the page to change my password, when I do it takes me back to the login screen. Once at the login screen I try to enter the new password and says it is incorrect, then I try the old password, also incorrect. Then when I try to go to forgot my password I can get all the way to the “answer this question,” part and there is no questions just a box to enter an answer. I tried all the answers for the security questions but none of them work. I can get into it on my computer but it never works on my phone. How are we suppose to lose our insurance cards and still not be able to access them? Terrible app!

This app is garbage. I never write reviews, but just had to on this one. How much can proper app developers really cost?!! The app won’t even let me login, keeps taking me to the “change password” screen; but it never changes the password to what I input and takes me back to the main screen, where my new password doesn’t work and my old password takes me back to the “change password” screen. Fix this garbage, this is people’s health insurance!

This app can serve a great function in assessing and staying on top of the health insurance financial and claims details. With current app interface and content, this app is in its primitive stage. It suffers from: Bugs, Poor U/I , outdated membership details, inconsistency in content and information across different app pages, missing recent claim details/record etc.Such deficiencies defy the purpose of using this app over their website or toll free number.

App used to work but most of the information is inaccurate, also now the app keeps asking me to change password and takes me back to the log in page and back to changing password.. it’s total garbage.. Ascension you need to put a better effort on this app or just get rid of it .. all the hype but it doesnt work.
