IE Calculator is an application designed for Industrial Engineering that allows easy calculation to support the manufacturing planning.
After setting the working pattern you are able to make the following calculations:
- Production Capacity based on the cycle time or Jobs Per Hour(JPH).
- Takt Time according to the volume demand. It can be yearly, monthly, weekly, daily or hourly demand.
- Actual JPH(Jobs Per Hour) based on the start time and the end time.
- HPU(Hours Per Unit) - The time required to produce one unit in the manufacturing process.
