This app is worse than useless unless you only want a screen where you can tap to open a new email in iPhone mail (why not just go to Mail?). These options are already available in the. Caregiver app (tho also terrible app) or caregiver portal.I’d hoped I could use this app to access troubleshooting or support info, but any action typically causes the screen to be dominated by a huge menu (blog, shop, etc) with any content restricted to the bottom 15% of the screen, and results of swiping/scrolling attempts to get rid of that menu are random and mostly fruitless. Once I managed to get (I thought) a search field, but results were everything from products to press releases - no support.Since the whole idea of a RAZ memory phone is that someone else family, caregiver) administers and supports the use of the phone by a person with cognitive impairment who can’t use a normal cell phone, it would be great to have an app that yes, gets you to client support, but also provides documentation and info (searchable knowledge base or wiki) for issues the family/caregiver deals with in overseeing the use of the phone. Unfortunately this app isn’t that.
