Delivery

I can’t go in the app and order a pizza for delivery to my house even tho I live in Granite City Illinois 2.3 miles away on Herschbach st. If I want one for delivery I have to call in and wait on hold for 5-10 minutes. It’s frustrating this happens. Sometimes I get so frustrated I order from your competitor because I know their app works and yours won’t.

Imo’s App and general

Things that need to be added, that seem normal from other pizza apps.
Apple Pay, or google or whatever.
When you tap the info boxes, it should pull up your normal info, street address, store, past orders, and a real checkout…not that weird 3rd party that makes you type your card number and info, again. The tracker is almost a good shot.
Next. The dorsett store. I have been using this one for decades. The consistency and quality is significantly lower than other stores. 1 out of 5 orders is decent. For the cost of the pizza compared to the other places, and the ability to eat in, it should be superior to Cecil’s, papa’s and dominos. I would love and be proud to own a franchise and make it the experience IMOS once had. I know it comes with difficulties, but you don’t buy it without the intentions of serving the best product, service and experience you can give. Your employees should have your best interests as if the owner was providing the service. Lions choice is a better version of a St. Louis original that keeps uping the customers expectations.

App could’ve been better if developers took time

3rd party redirect for credit card payments? It’s 2023 your company should be more than capable of accepting Apple Pay, or even just entering your card information on the app. Instead it make us redirect to a third party website to enter our credit card information in.

Not to mention if you were apart of the old imos rewards program you can kiss your account and points goodbye. Can’t even make a new account if you have the same phone number as your old account.

It seems like Imos went cheap with their app which is really disappointing. My family and I love Imos, what use to be such a simple process became overly difficult and frustrating, which means we rarely order anymore.
