when i open the app nothing happens except the title screen? no menu or anything else?(i deleted & then downloaded again. works now).

Drove 2 hours through traffics to only get stuck in not moving traffic. Why? Because they closed all roads to the event. Nobody put a note on the site or had a number people could call and get a notification stating that all roads to the beach will be closed. Construction vehicles closing the roads had no sign, no explanations. People were trying different roads and wasted hours. For the record, ‘parking is full’ doesn’t mean all roads to the event are now barricaded and closed! Be nice to point that out on your app or website - parking closed and all roads will be closed and traffic rerouted back.Yet some lucky cars managed to get a personal NYPD escort to get through, while mocking every driver stuck by recording them through their sunroof to show that their are special, privileged. We were lucky we were close enough to the closest blocked exit so we only wasted 20 mins. Some drivers couldn’t move for 1-2 hours to get out. Great family event! 4 hour Bethpage traffic show of round trip aggravated drive. Thanks organizers! Pathetic, incompetent planning.

I don’t usually have any problems with this app. But it could use at least some updating since we’re in the year 2024, not 2023.

When you download and app that takes you to a website when you click on anything it’s a useless app. Just go to the website which also isn’t very useful.
