PatientConnect allows patients access to their health information in a single, easy-to-navigate place. PatientConnect allows you to: - View and print your lab results, allergy list, immunization records, medication list, health issues, surgeries and procedures - View and print your medical notes from your health care provider (for visits on/after 7/1/11) - View and print your radiology and lab results (for services on/after 6/17/14) - View your upcoming appointments - Communicate with your doctor’s office by sending a secure message - Request a prescription renewal through the secure message tool - Participating sites include Billings Clinic, Stillwater Billings Clinic, Livingston Healthcare, Pioneer Medical Center, Beartooth Billings Clinic, Glendive Medical Center, and North Big Horn Hospital. - Participating providers can also allow you to add your HealthKit data to your electronic medical record.

This app doesn’t stay installed . Received a notice of new information but there isn’t any new information. And then the app shows needs to be installed again. Why the inconsistency? It’s a useful app most of the time .

So I use an iPad with an attached keyboard. I’m not a teenager playing on my phone. The fact that the mobile app is only in portrait mode is ridiculous! When I sign in, the page I land on is to setup a video visit. I just want to check on the date and time of my next appointment. At the bottom of the page is a home button which is where I am already and a menu button. When you hit the menu button, IF it finishes loading you get a message that they can’t show that information right now and to sign out and sign back in again to try again. Just to see the menu?! Who created this website? Total fail!

This app has so many glitches, it's probably one of the worst apps I've ever used and makes it extremely frustrating especially when you're dealing with your doctors.After writing a message it won't let you hit send sometimes so you then have to cut and paste your message again after having to go completely out of the app and log back in. This is just one amongst many glitches. Terrible for such a large entity to be using this app it's very unreliable and makes it even more frustrating having to deal Billings Clinic and their runaround. I am discontinuing my care there and so I don't have to use this app anymore.

MTHead
This is a vast improvement from previous versions. Terminology has improved and the menu is better. I like the future appointments and messaging on the Home Screen. Now if you would just move the "Logout" to the main menu instead of burying it, that would improve security/privacy.
