Laughably bad

Given what SolarWinds charges for the DRE product, this app is hilariously terrible. Like, they paid some 6th graders to write it. Drops connections like that’s its job - even when the computer is in the same building, on the same network. Working on VPN, it sometimes drops the connection every 10 seconds.Giant top and bottom borders on the remote control screen make the Remote Desktop tiny. Scrolling with the trackpad or mouse on the iPad doesn’t work - you have to try to click on the itty-bitty scroll bars on the tiny remote view to scroll a window.Bonus: Randomly locks up and won’t let you quit a session so you have to force-quit the app. Everything about the UI/UX screams “we don’t care about this product and would prefer you don’t use it”.Look: there’s no requirement to have an iOS app. If you don’t want to devote some resources to making it, don’t. Make the Mac app universal instead (not that it is tons better, but at least functional). Just take this garbage off the store, it’s embarrassing. I’ll be dropping DRE entirely and moving to solution that isn’t terrible as soon as my contract is up.

The app looks nothing like the preview images on the app page show. Could never get past the login page; it simply says I’ve been logged in successfully, then returns to the starting login page. How does this app still exist?

Mouse isn't where your finger is, as soon as you go landscape, it's offset and you have to basically guess where you're clicking. Totally unusable.
