My email says the app is up and running, but there is a big padlock icon saying that it isn’t. This should really be down until it is open and ready to use for ALL tenants instead of some.

Apologies Flowetic but we rolled this out in a systematic way to minimize disruption and address bugs/issues as they came up. This period is complete and we would love for you to revisit the experience. Any questions please email hello@goballantyne.com.Thank you
App is glitching and unreliable, constant error lockout

Wish you had stuck with the old school key tags. The app worked for me a few times after installing it, but a couple weeks ago I started getting “unknown API error” every time I try to launch the app. I have tried closing and reopening the app, rebooting my phone, deleting and reinstalling the app, but always the same error so I can’t access any of the content or discount offers anymore. Very disappointing— technology is only awesome when it works.
Crashes and now businesses are saying no card

The app is great in concept but absolutely terrible in deployment. It crashes before fully opening. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing. Now some of my frequented restaurants are saying they won’t take the card because they were told the app works. Incredibly asinine.
Developer Response
We apologize for the issues as we did encounter some bugs with certain iPhone models. These have since been resolved. If you would like to retry with us please follow these steps: 1.)uninstall the app completely from your device 2.) download/install the latest version of the app from the app store 3.) Go back to your initial invitation email and click on the activation link Any questions please let us know by emailing hello@goballantyne.com.

Horrible app….too many authentication issues….freezes up and stays that way…poor support. It’s so bad it actually hurts the Northwood brand
Notification reliability improvements:
- Fixed a bug on the latest iOS where notifications could stop being delivered without any visible error.
- Fixed several scenarios where notifications could be silently disabled while the app was running.
- Added self-healing so notifications recover automatically after OS updates, device transfers, or a clean reinstall.
Sign-in improvements:
- Return key on the keyboard now submits your invite code, and the submit button stays visible above the keyboard.
