This interval timer is designed for any kind of interval training. Our timer is easy to use and completely customizable. You can program sets, cycles and work-to-rest ratios to suit your specific training needs. HIIT is a broad term for workouts that involve short periods of intense exercise alternated with recovery periods. One of the biggest advantages of HIIT is that you can get maximal health benefits in minimal time. We added six workouts and another six '30-day' workout programs to quickly burn fat, lose weight or just getting into shape. Interestingly, HIIT is perhaps the most time-efficient way to exercise. Normally a HIIT workout will range from 7 to 30 minutes in duration. But despite how short the workout is, it can produce health benefits similar to twice as much moderate-intensity exercise. The actual activity being performed is body weight exercises. It's probably the best workout type to do at home.
