The best option for goal and nutrition tracking

I love that everything is in one place. I can track mood, energy, hunger, stress, weight, progress photos, important notes and it even syncs up with my food logs from MyFitnessPal. This makes it easy to track everything and give my coach a complete picture so that we know what is working well and what isn’t. The accountability makes all the difference!

Can never get this app to function properly. So often, I get a white screen that circles and circles, or I can open the app, but can’t navigate anywhere else from the home screen. When opening my logs, it frequently opens on random dates (like 10 days prior). Have to be sure to double check that the macros I’m looking at are actually for that day. Doesn’t always pull logs from MFP over. It’s really just not friendly. I LOVE macro tracking, the results I’m getting, and my coach. But this app alone will be the reason I try a different tracking method after my 3 month commitment/purchase is complete.

A grateful Tumblr
Transferring over from the website to the app was seamless, and the app is so easy to use. Messaging with my coach and completing check ins are less time consuming because of the app. The integration with MFP makes updates much easier than inputting raw data from meal to meal.
