SUBSCRIPTION & TERMS PNCH is free to download. Access your personal training plan and full standalone workouts and exercises require an active subscription, available on a monthly or yearly basis. Customers who choose a monthly subscription are eligible for a free 7-day trial period. Yearly subscriptions billed the total annual fee from the purchase date. Monthly subscription users billed per month. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. The account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, at the cost of the chosen package. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. This app was a featured app so I decided to go for it as I love the idea of customizable kickboxing/HIIT style workouts at home. I do enjoy the work outs so far, however there are some very basic flaws that a little bit of fine tuning could really improve. On the warm up, there is a spelling error on the “head stretch” exercise, and the voice read out then mispronounces it. Makes it seem cheap, when it would be an easy fix. Other modifications which would significantly improve the quality of the app: Using a “real” voice instead of a computerized read out. Adding music options. Adding some variation to the warm ups and cool downs (or adding a stretch workout option). The count down for rounds is also sometimes wrong (i.e. will say there are 5 rounds when there are only 3). I think if one of the app developers/programmers actually tested a few workouts, there are very easily identifiable (and likely easily fixable) ways to improve the experience for users. Having subscribers pay for a year up front (albeit not super pricey compared to other work out programs) is ok, but only if you continue to offer a quality product, readily responding to feedback and making improvements despite already having received payment.

You cannot control volume

This app does not allow you to turn the volume down to zero. Using the main iPhone volume buttons you can drop the volume down to 1 but the phone will only vibrate if you try to silence completely. You can mute by using the apps mute button but it is not possible using volume control. Lame
