Good app, but needs improvements

The Securitas app works fine overall, but there are a couple of areas that could be improved:1. Smart lock logs – It would be very useful if the app showed which specific user opened or closed the smart lock, regardless of whether the alarm was armed or not. Right now, this information is missing, which limits the usefulness of the activity report.2. Screen rendering on iPhone 13 Pro – The interface doesn’t seem fully optimized for the iPhone 13 Pro. The screen looks slightly short and not well adapted to the iOS layout, which affects the overall experience.3. Worldwide Guardian Coverage. With these improvements, the app would be much more complete and user-friendly.

Have been trying without success to to activate this process. It worked when I had my iPhone 12 but now I have iPhone 14 it no longer works. So annoying. Have countless times tried to log out and log in but it won’t recognise my new device. I have all my old devices listed but can’t see to delete them to save any confusion in the hope that perhaps I had too many devices listed. Contacted Securitas but they say it’s the apps issue! Please resolve. Also when you click on the app page the app support button does not work! 😡

disorganized app, the old version was better.Photo’s take too long and you can only see one camera then you need to wait 90 seconds to see the next. By the time you look at 3 cameras your is robbed and the thieves are long gone!

From bad to worst!

The previous app was already awful and yes, they manage to make a new one even worst! I own 4 laundries all of them with Securitas Spain using this app to view the cameras and I can tell you is no good. Please make user the interface simple and the app stable! It’s crashing one a day.

Now, you can authorize your mobile devices to simplify processes that require verification, such as changing your password or requesting that we connect your alarm if you're unable to. The Securitas Direct development team continues working every day, and you can expect more updates in your app soon.
