Track your progress! All of your workout stats are recorded in OOMPH, including your estimated calories burned, your average estimated heart rate and your workout start times and durations. Easily track your progress towards earning your next belt and save your favorite workouts for future reference. You can even keep tabs on your weight and record photos as you watch your results take shape.


OOMPH integrates with Apple’s Health App to track the following Personal Health Record data: heart rate, weight, data of birth, height and gender. The OOMPH and Health app connection can be turned on or off within the Health app settings and by default is off.


OOMPH is free to download. Ongoing use requires an active subscription, available on a monthly or annual basis. New customers are eligible for a free trial period.
Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.
Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term. Best fitness App EVER!

I’ve been using this app since March, the COVID pandemic had just started and I was quarantined at home with my family while working from home! I was so afraid that I would gain weight but instead I’ve lost weight and TONED my body by only using this app during the week days! This app saved me!!! It’s challenging, motivating, and fun and easy to use at whatever level you are in your fitness journey! I’ve used other fitness apps before but none compare to this one! I really like that the app allows you to chose how long you want your workout to be because sometimes 15 mins of a high intensity workout in the comfort of your home is better then nothing at all !!! Every workout is different, by the end of the week you have worked out all parts of your body leaving you with a great full body workout ! Overall, the app is extremely easy to use but yet very challenging and it definitely works! It’s also affordable and convenient, you will have a fitness coach with you wherever and whenever you decide to get your workout in! I will definitely continue using this app and recommend to all my friends and family!!!

Perfect for home based kickboxing routines

This app is as convenient as it gets. You can select the duration of your workouts, and you’re free to include the warm up and cool down, or skip them if you do them on your own. If I could suggest some improvements I would add some modifications for beginners (for harder things like push ups or bear walks, and low impact modifications for those who can’t jump), and it would also be nice to be able to see the full workout before starting it, so that you know what’s coming your way, like the sequence of exercises listed on the screen for you to scroll and then start. Other than that, I find this app already fantastic as is, it’s simple, clear, easy to follow and the workouts are extremely effective. Bravo!! 👏🏻👊🏻

Love everything about this app!

So I’ve been using this app close to 2 months now and I absolutely LOVE it. You don’t need any equipment (but I think it would be really cool to have a boxing bag for punches...dear Santa 🎅 😅) and you get such a great workout! I used to do some title boxing classes but they’re just outrageously expensive. Then I found this and I couldn’t believe how affordable it is. If you do the yearly sub it comes out to like $5 a month!!
I love that you can make the workouts whatever time length that works for you. This is just the best app I could’ve found and I’m definitely keeping it forever!! Please don’t ever change the pricing 🤗🤗🥰
