Along with bug fixes and minor adjustments, the following enhancements are now available: - Partial Deliveries. Equipment that is on the same order can be delivered at different times. The item that was not delivered will have another Care Manager task created for the delivery of that equipment. Example: POC and SOC. - Risk Section. A new risk overview section is included to identify patients who are at risk (i.e, vent usage noncompliance, appointment date needed, on hold, and/or pending pickup). - Patient Equipment. A new section shows the active equipment the patient currently has, such as ventilators, O2, and/or vests.

General bug fixes and improvements

- Social Security Numbers (SSN) Under the Patient Information tab > Patient Information, if a patient’s SSN is blank, one can be added by clicking on the Edit link. It will allow you to add the SSN to display in Patient Information. - Next Appointment Date(s) Historical appointment information will be stored on the Patient Information tab under each type of physician (i.e., Ordering, Treating, PCP.) If the appointment needs to be added that is past today’s date, click on Appointment history, and the link will take you to the appointment history, where a date in the past (up to 6 months) can be added to the patient’s chart.

- Patient Card Changes: Changes have been made to the Patient Information Card to better manage your patients. This includes patient overview and tab actions, with additional information for patient risk, as listed below. - Patient Risk Information: For the default view, the Dashboard will display Risk for patients who are noncompliant with their Vent Usage, need a new Reauth date, are on Hold, and are Pending Pickup. You can filter and sort the risk information on the Dashboard, and click into the specific risk information for more details on why the patient is at risk. In addition, any action taken will be included in Notes.

In addition to bug fixes, the following enhancements are now available: - Tasks: Date and Time. On in-person Tasks, a date and time is on the signature page to identify when the patient signs the document: 72-Hour, Delivery, Exchange, Pickup, QPC, and Setup. If the patient refuses to sign, the date and time will be when the “Next” button is clicked. - Change In Billing. A Setup task will be autogenerated when a pickup task is done with note = “Insurance - Change in billing (not a true PU)“. Any serialized equipment that needs to be billed will auto populate in the Setup Task and be prefilled with the equipment information.

- Patient Information Tab > Next App Dates. RTs can clear, update or add a Next App Date on the Patient Information tab.   When doing an update, only a future date can be selected. - Activity Tab. If there is an insurance change (Primary and/or Secondary) in Care Manager, the Activity tab will now track when an email is sent to the Billing department.   Example: Email sent to Billing due to a change of insurance during Setup - Event Scheduler. Patient in person visits and phone calls can be scheduled on Tasks or the Patient Information tab.  The Event Scheduler works in unison with Outlook to check availability, and for convenience, also shows the patient’s address.

- Patient Information Tab.  - Under Emergency Contacts, when adding a State, there is a dropdown to select a state. - Dashboard. - Dashboard filters. the option of “Today” has been added as a due date. - Vent usage sorting. On the Dashboard, there is now an option to sort by vent usage. - Tasks. - Task tab filters. The option of “Today” has been added as a due date. - Task due date. When creating a Task, the due date of the Task will now show. - Dashboard/Task/Alerts Tabs. - Multiple RT selection. There is now the option to select multiple RTs and receive results for both/all. - Filter default. If new filter parameters are added, the button returns to its default state as “Save default filter.” To replace a saved default filter: (a) Reset the filters; (b) Set the new parameters; (c) Save them as the new default filter.

+ See a patient’s current primary and secondary insurance while taking new insurance captures.

+ Task/Alerts Tabs: It is now required to add a mandatory reason why a Task or Alert was deleted. When filtering on Tasks/Alerts, you can see the reason why the Task/Alert was completed or canceled. + Time Zone. The patient’s time zone for the patient has been added to the Patient Information tab and to photos taken and placed under the + Photo capture. Uploaded photos are now limited to 20 pages.

+ Geolocation: For patient at-home visits, you will map your location during the Tasks. If you are in a different location than the patient’s home (shipping address), you have the option to give a reason why the locations differ. For Setups, this will start in the Patient Assessment section. For the 72-hour, QPCs, Deliveries, Pickups, and Exchanges, mapping your location will be the first step in the Task workflow.

+ New Photo Capture Options There are new photo capture categories available to manage documents that are required, such as door tag photos, hardship waivers, and vest questionnaires. Additionally, you can crop the photo, and it will be automatically sent to the Care Manager Info tab, and Bonafide, to the designated file for each particular document.

Patient Information Tab: - New “Emergency Contacts” Section Up to 2 Emergency contacts can be added and edited by the user. - Under “Patient Information” Section Race and primary language have been added from the Setup Task or Bonafide. - “Consent for communication” preferences. This includes if the patient would like VieMed to contact them with a text message and/or email. - Insurance Information. The patient’s insurance information has been added. Task and Alert Lists: - Status. Holds/In-Facility/Pending Pickup status is now identified in the Task and Alerts lists. - Alert date. The date of the Alert has been added on the detailed view.

Bug fixing and general improvements

+ Redesign of Alert filters. This will assist in better access to review patient, RT team, RT, status, and Alert type. Offline Alerts. + For Luisa ventilator patients, you can now see when the ventilator is offline on the patient info tab and Alerts, and hasn’t received data for 24 hours. + For VOCSN ventilator patients, you will be to view when the ventilator is offline on the patient info tab and in the Alerts tab.

+ Added sorting for tasks. + Reauth. date is now displayed by equipment type. + Ventec vents and modem connections are now available in the Info tab. + Serialized equipment has been added to the Info tab. Once a Delivery task is completed, the equipment assigned to the patient will be displayed under the Equipment section.

+ Equipment Delivery All serialized and non-serialized equipment can now be delivered to the patient on the RT App. A Delivery Task will generate automatically when a ticket is released for equipment set up, which will be separate from the Setup Task for NIV. You can scan the equipment SN to match the SN in your manifest and select the non-serialized equipment you will be delivering to the patient.

Bug fixes and performance improvements

Pickup Task: All types of equipment are available to be picked up in Care Manager. A pickup ticket will be generated in Bonafide, then a Pickup Task will autogenerate in Care Manager for the equipment. You have the option to scan the serial # and include it on the Pickup Task or enter the serial # manually. A requirement in the Pickup Task is the Equipment Log, which will be sent to BF Inventory. All forms and Notes will be sent automatically to the Patient Information tab and to Bonafide.

+ Patient List Filter(s) and Task Tab Filter(s) When clicking on the Save button in both the My Patient List and the Task tab, filters will now be saved as default filters even if you sign out, browse in other parts of the app, and/or clear the filter button.
