HealthExport enables you to export data from the Health app to a CSV file!

You can perform exports manually within the app, or you can automate the export process with Apple Shortcuts. Another option would be to use HealthExport Remote to access your data remotely from your computer.

HealthExport Remote lets you visualize your health data on a customizable dashboard accessible from a browser on your computer. You can also perform remote CSV exports on the website. Health data is automatically synced to the service multiple times per day in the background, so there is no need for opening the app on your phone anymore. The data is end to end encrypted between your phone and your browser, thus nobody except you can read it. Note that HealthExport Remote requires a monthly subscription payment due to monthly fees associated with running the service.

Health data types are divided into three categories:
1. Aggregation based types (e.g step count)
2. Record based types (e.g body mass)
3. Workouts and workout routes

Aggregation based types can be exported with aggregation by minutes, hours, days, months, or years. The export of record based types contains all entries from the Health app.

Health Export is compatible with the Shortcut app, thus you can integrate your health data into any automated workflow.

I think your privacy is very important, thus I do not collect any of your health data and I do not share your health data with any analytics provider.

Good program exports a lot of data

I do like the program and what it can export but i have one suggestion: the data it creates sometimes combines several similar readings into a single line rather than listing every reading separately. Two options i would like to see are either make each reading a separate line or truncate duplicate readings during a single window if data size is an issue. The csv file lists a range of times/dates on a single line rather than individual lines for each reading for some of the readings but not all. This makes reports look messy.
Otherwise this records everything i need to give to my doctor. Looking forward to future updates and improvements! 😀

Fills a critical need for health data access

This well written and supported app fills a critical hole left by Apple’s lackluster and problematic implementation of health data access, presentation, and data sharing. The app releases you from the confines of the health app for your data and/or for those you wish to share data with. If you need to monitor a loved ones cardiac health for example or you are a healthcare provider monitoring a patient, this app provides detailed fine grained access to shared health data and ability to analyze it outside of an app. If you couldn’t get reliable health data sharing working or don’t like the very slow updating, this app resolves that issue. For just your own data or for sharing, the app is worth having. You can now see your data wherever you wish on a browser, choose flexible visualization for trends etc, get detailed time stamped data or informative graphs, identify trends more effectively, and export data if needed for use in a spreadsheet or other system or application you choose.

Update my review, works

My first few attempts failed. But the developer worked with me and it now works as advertised. It was a “cockpit error” nothing functionally with the app. Now I can actually see my data. Wonderful
