The app’s interface is absolutely terrible. It makes no real sense and there’s no login. When you try to actually enter anything or do anything useful it just opens a browser window and you might as well have just gone to the website in the first place. The point of an app is to make things easier for the user, not more difficult.

Horrible system, can’t believe this is how they got away with charging us with the rec fee this semester. Maybe actually let us check in and cut people off when at capacity by having us checkout too? Just a thought.
