These work outs are perfect we. There are so many options for any circumstance. I love that I can preview work out and decide if I have the energy for that at the moment or if I need psych myself up for the challenge! I always feel great when I’m done.

This is a cute, simple but robust enough App to make it well worth the price so far. Love that it includes not only diet but habits, beauty rituals etc. So realistic and doable! However like many I’m not great at doing premade eating plans or for that matter staying within a specific prescribed diet at ALL so, though I really like the ones suggested, it would be nice if you could do a “set yr own course” where you use recipes from any of them (Keto, Pescatarian, etc) and also where you could customize yr OWN habits to track as well as the ones suggested (I’m already an esthetician so have some of my own beauty routines.) This would make it a tracker App for those of us who’ve never effectively been able to use one!!!

So far I like the workouts. Downfalls to this app is that it is limited on foods you can add for what you have eaten and you can’t enter anything new. Also, there is a 24 hour time lock on exercises. Why?? My world doesn’t revolve around a set time to work out. I workout when i have time to. Please take the lockout off the workouts. I feel ripped off since I can only use it when the app says i can use it. If this is how it’s going to be just refund my money and I’ll find another app.

I got this app specifically for the wall Pilates that was advertised. I haven’t seen any wall Pilates yet. This app claims to create workouts specific to your needs and goals but I think its super generic. Also, I paid for 1 thing and was immediately being asked to upgrade to other things before even having the opportunity to try what I already purchased. This is a click bait app. It’s a never ending cycle of “buy more! Buy now” it’s annoying. Almost everything in the app I already purchased is behind a pay wall.
