Worked great with older iPhones (6S Plus) though after upgrading to an 8 Plus, log in is slow and sketchy at best.

I use this app every week, and I find it easy to navigate. I use Bill Pay and love how easy it is. I can also transfer money between my accounts and my kids’ accounts very easily. (Full disclosure, I work for FNCU, but also bank here.)

Just like most experiences with this bank, it’s sub par. App blocks copy and paste. Which means “for your security” these morons believe it is safer for you to write your complex passwords on a piece of paper that you carry around, then type them in one character at a time, on your cellphone, instead of doing the INTELLIGENT thing and using an encrypted password manager. WOW. Of note: the only review higher than one star IS FROM AN EMPLOYEE OF THE BANK. Pathetic.

Haven’t had access to it the app in months now because it just says incorrect username/password even though I can log in online & it works fine. Other people are having the same issue so it’s not my phone that is the problem. When I called to get help that’s the only help I get.
