Useless app unless reviewed

Tested the app on iphone 7 ios 13.1.3. Conpletely useless because no text can be seen and i’m “flying blind” navigating through the app and certain links such as registration doesn’t work.And not sure if it requires an eDarussalam account or not to log-in on certain services.Maybe need further testing before releasing an update (if any) to the public.

At these times, we are encouraged to use everything online to do our errands. But when a simple thing like trying to input our address cannot be done and has to be done through a pc, what’s the point of this app?

Does the developer even looking at this review? Does the relevant department even bother? The iOS version stopped working quite a long time ago. You cant check your licence/road tax status.
