Weird games but my 4 y/o loves them

The games are bizarre honestly. You have to download an app for each and every game which I’m not crazy about and I’m ESPECIALLY not crazy about the fact that the parental control unlock settings are pretty much a joke. My 4 y/o figured out every single way to unlock the parental controls in like 2 seconds which seems like a huge red flag. Regardless, she really enjoys the games.

Subscriber beware….The games are great. Very interactive and my 5y/o girl loves playing. That is, when the app isn’t crashing. It worked fine for quite some time. Then it didn’t. I’ve contacted customer service. They email me back with a “solution”, claiming it’s guaranteed to fix the problem. Guess what? Problem not fixed and I just wasted 20 minutes of my time. I email them back (as instructed in their email). This time, they don’t answer. That was on 18June2021. Today is 15July2021. And yes, they’re still charging me. If I don’t hear back in 24H, I’m reporting to Apple, Inc. as well as notifying all US and international consumer advocacies. You are committing fraud, Skidos. Shame on you.

Installed and subscribed for the 3 day trial for my 3 year old. I did not realize the game was geared towards older kids until she started playing. I decided to unsubscribe without success. The manage subscription button doesn’t work. The website provided lets me log in but then claims subscriptions on devices won’t show up on the website. Tried to go through a link provided in an email recieved by the app, and it sends me to itunes music that doesn’t even see the app. So If i can’t get in touch with someone in the next 2 days I’ll be getting charged $8.99 for a game I can’t even use.

I had to baby sit my niece and nephew who are 4 and 6 years old. They wanted to play games so I found this learning game for them. They loved it ❤️. I also liked that they were learning something on their own and it was safe for them. Found that they have more such games. So my baby sitting days are going to be fun 😁
