My veterinarian had a great app. It told me everything about my pets’ history and upcoming reminders. I could schedule right in the app. This app would only show my most recent visit with no reminders and no way to schedule an appointment. For quite a while now it won’t even load. It just spins with nothing but the name of our veterinarian at the top. This app feels like a template that someone was supposed to build out and maintain but never did. I’m surprised the text fields don’t say “enter text here”

This app used to work. I have installed, deleted, reinstalled multiple times. Once you add your phone number there is no way to move on. I tried by starting with the name of my veterinarian that is under the phone number but then it will not let me input my phone number. Why can someone not get this right? I see others complaining of the same thing.

The app worked the very first time I used it and seemed pretty useful. Since then, it won’t load any of my pets so there’s not really a reason for me to keep using it. I tired restarting my phone and reinstalling. It seems it will only work one time. Could be really great if it worked.

So glad my vet office is available via texting. The phones are always busy, now I send a text and move on to the rest of my day. Service works great. Initially had trouble but was because my phone was not updated. I LOVE IT!!
