iPhone related UI bugfixes

- Improved Aggregate Intelligence. Aggregate Pipelines are even more aware of schema changes, including the schema of another collection in a $lookup stage - Improved Document List performance - Added a basic interactive CLI for iPadOS. This CLI does not support all MongoDB commands, only the commonly used ones - Improved SSH error messages and expanded the supported algorithms A lot of small stability improvements.

Broadened SSH algorithm support to include RSA, Diffie-Hellman-Group14, AES256-CTR and HMAC-SHA-1. Made MongoKitten usable when a default database is selected, but the user may not list databases. Fixed a few components that broke with Apple's OS updated.

The iOS app now supports basic GeoJSON and coordinate objects, and can display them on a map. Aggregate schema's constantly change as you're modifying the schema using pipeline stages! More pipeline stages have been added, with schema resolution support. The iPad app now shows a learning center, which you can visit to learn about powerful features inside the app.

MongoKitten now supports more methods of connecting with SSH servers using public keys, and contains a markdown editor for markdown string fields.

MongoKitten 2.1 introduces a batch of small UI updates to improve the UX on iPadOS. This build also introduces the ability to add a widget on your homescreen, to get some highlights of your database.

MongoKitten 2.0 offers a reworked UX with a lot of stability improvements. Numerical fields can now calculate a formula. ObjectId fields offer feedback on the formatting. The app has first-class support for entities identified by UUIDs. Nullable fields are distinctly marked as such. You can now write queries based on fields MongoKitten didn't recognize yet. Selecting fields for use in queries offers a schema lookup and a manual mode with partial autocompletion. The app will warn you when you're connecting to a deprecated server version. When creating an ObjectId or UUID field, you can select an existing Document and use its ID as a reference. When creating an ObjectID or UUID field, you can create a referenced entity inline.

Fixes the following bugs: - Date fields are stretched over the next fields - Holding the field to copying a String wouldn't always work - Connecting to the favourited server could hang the app - More fields were marked as edited, even though they weren't modified - Removing a field on the top-level Document could mark the wrong field as removed

Reworked the connection setup screen, to show the user where errors occur in more detail.

- The SSH proxy is now more robust - The human readable names for Documents will now detect even more helpful values - You can now see and modify images stored as binary blobs - New iPad users will now see the introduction screen in landscape mode - Creating a subdocument in an array now tries to setup the schema based on other documents - A couple of bugfixes
