Do you live in a SBHA Housing Association home? Download the My SBHA Customer App. The My SBHA app lets our customers make rent and service charge payments, check their balance, update their contact details and ask us to do repairs. All without having to call our contact centre! Customers using the app regularly tell us it helps them stay on top of their rent payments and saves them time spent queueing on the phone. Being able to keep track of how your account is running is really great, and now you can check your balance at any time of the day or night. And our new repairs logging form asks you easy questions to get the information we need to be able to send out the right repairman first time every time. You can make payments to your rent and service charge account using your existing Allpay account or direct in the app using our secure credit/debit card payment processing. You can even save your card details so it takes even less time next time. We think paying through the app will save you time and you won't have to remember your Allpay login details. Once you're registered in the app you'll just need to use your chosen 4 digit pin. To register, you'll need your payment reference, surname, date of birth and postcode of your SBHA property. Only named tenants and leaseholders can register. You can find your payment reference on your rent and service charge statement.
