Bkav eGov App tích hợp chức năng cảnh báo ra màn hình điện thoại (có cảnh báo bằng âm thanh), người dùng sẽ ngay lập tức nhận được cảnh báo:
- Khi có văn bản mới được giao hoặc văn bản liên quan có cập nhật thông tin mới
- Khi có thư mới, tin mới
- Khi có hội thoại mới gửi đến bạn
