Reset password every time

The app is great however I am having the same issue as the user stated 4 years ago. Each time I try to sign in I’ve had to reset my password. At every login in says that my email or password is incorrect and then I have to reset my password via email. Please help me.

Sorry to hear that you are having issues. Please remember that you must first create a username and password using the desktop application, and this username and password, would then be used to login to the app. You can reset your password with the desktop application by using the "forgot password" function, and then attempt to login to the app. If you continue having problems, please contact: csexamprep@springerpub.com

The app seems to work well, but users should know the material is the same as the physical book. The app is frustrating to use because it does not save your log-in information. If you click away from the app for any reason, you have to type out your email and password every time. This is cumbersome and makes the app difficult to use.

You can’t even log into this app. It’s gives you the false illusion that you can have it mobile access it. Sometimes the log in page will come up and if it does then you get a blank screen
