I LOVE your app!!!! Finally, an app where I can download and organize my story files, AND sync them across devices! I download stories from a free website, AO3, and the ibooks app, after a particular update a couple years ago, won't keep the title of the books or their authors on the covers anymore. Not only does this app retain all of that information, it also has the shelves system, and allows you to further organize those files by author, title, or date! The only two changes that I would like is to be able to manually change the order of files on a shelf when I choose, because while loading my files in, I got a few installments in some of my series out of order, and because the app does SUCH a good job of keeping me from accidentally making duplicate files, it has unfortunately remembered those mistakes, as well! (The feature keeping me from making duplicates is a GREAT feature though, I have never seen its like!) I would also really like to be able to change the order of the Shelves in some fashion, preferably manually but having the option to do so alphabetically would be really cool, too~! It would actually also be cool if authors were sorted alphabetically when you choose to sort books that way as well, but honestly just being able to have them sorted at ALL is really great~! I also really enjoy the aesthetics of the app too~! The way that the left hand margin has the rainbow colored chapter markers is my new favorite thing!!!!!! The incredible options to change background, font, text size, margins, etc etc are SO GOOD TOO!!!! This is the first time in YEARS that I've had a reader that I was actually HAPPY with. Edited to add, I think it would be cool if we could filter books to see which ones don’t already have a shelf, too. And it would be super cool if I could add a book to a given shelf from the reader itself! And if we could open links in our browser.
Lots of potential

I really like this app. I think there’s a lot of potential here as so many of the ebook reading apps on the App Store are ancient and never updated anymore. The bones here are great, it’s simple and clean and works really well. I’d suggest these additional features and it’d probably become my go to reading app. 1) customize font color. I feel this is needed. I’m glad there’s a few themes but I’d like more control here please. (Adding fonts is awesome.) 2) I like the scroll view and it seems to catch and not scroll like safari. I’d rather have complete control here than for it to auto scroll on its own a little bit to adjust, if I stop scrolling in the middle of a line. I’m fine with cutting a line in half, the adjustment messes me up and takes me out of the book. 3) more info when I go to the about info. If an ebook has more metadata please have it viewable inside the app. Bonus points if you work in Calibre metadata somehow. 4) read/unread filtering. If I add 10 books to a shelf, I’d like to be able to sort it by read and unread books. All in all, it’s one of the best ebook apps on the App Store and I’ll look forward it its development going forward.
Too Good to be Free

Simply put, too good to be free and ad-free! Had been trying to find a replacement for Apple’s e-reader which happens to be an embarrassment but found nothing appealing, and some even asked for I regular payment for you to use all their features. Came across this, and well, if you download a couple of others you’ll clearly notice the difference in the interface, the smoothness and all. I saw some people leaving bad reviews, which I couldn’t really understand. This is a beautifully designed app (time has clearly been put into the design) but also does what an e-reader should be doing and as I mentioned earlier is COMPLETELY FREE WITH NO IN-APP PURCHASES when I’m writing this review. Have used the app only about half an hour but was really excited to come leave a review and thought the negative reviews I’d seen were pretty unfair. Will update my review once I come upon other positives or areas of improvement. :)Update: So I’ve been using this app for almost every day for a while now and still can’t believe that such a well-designed app is free and only known by so few. iOS’s reading app doesn’t stand a chance against this. The app’s great design, detailed customization features and syncing option has made me want to read more (something I used to do very little of) and for that I’m eternally grateful. The only single feature I regularly feel its absence of is a dictionary. Now I’m not an app developer and have no idea how the app can make use of iOS’s built-in dictionary for a selected word, but at least having the option where I can go straight to the definition of a selected word on a website like Google (or elsewhere) would save me a lot of trouble. I’m really looking forward to an addition like this which would surely make my reading experience much more enjoyable than your app already has fir me. Thank you!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Thanks too much for your feedback! 💜💜💜 We'll definitely think about the built-in dictionary 💜
I LOVE THIS APP!

I don’t use the in-app search/add books feature. I get my epub and pdf files through another third-party app which shall remain unnamed (gaslight, gatekeep, girlboss 💅). It is easy to manage and navigate. One of the reasons why I like it is the option for a gray background (when white is too bright, and black is too dark). A satisfying medium. You can search words or phrases in a book, and you can highlight your favorite scenes or lines. The main reason I love this app is that YOU CAN SYNC YOUR FILES!!!! You just need to sign in with your email that’s connected to a Google drive. When it syncs, it syncs your bookmarks, notes, and order you read your books. I could not have found a more perfect app for my uses. - An iPhone User
