I’ve only begun to use it, so it’s hard to say, but perhaps I might be able to stop using Timepage and Actions altogether, and just use this app. Right now, it doesn’t integrate either of the two apps, and to be honest, I don’t know if there is any need for that. I love that there are more features than either of the two combined. I’m hoping the UI and all the the wonderful design features of Timepage and Actions will be implemented in this app soon. If you prefer just the calendar portion, use Timepage. If you want a to-do app, use Actions. If you want a planner-type app that combines both and then some, this might be the app for you!

I wish it was as intuitive to add calendar events to the correct calendar. It seems like I have to first add it on my iCloud and allow the app to sync. It would also be nice to be able to choose a list under tasks as you can in Actions.

Looking forward to future updates.

Definitely worth at least a minute of exploration.

If you’re like me, and all over the place, using multiple apps only contributes to the mess. This app has made it easy to keep all my thoughts, daily musings, and projects in one place so i can easily see a log of everything i need to do/ needs to be done.

That being said, there are certain improvements to the UI that could make this application truly powerful - a Gandalf among planner apps.

I’d love to be able to integrate Bear, as I’m trying to write 1k words a day and i use bear to log it but it would be great if i could open up this app and be able to go to the words i wrote for a certain day. I’d also love to be able to integrate the habit tracker that I’ve been using for a really long time, Productive. I recognize that this is a big challenge and would involve cooperation amongst devs so i won’t die on this hill. Just would be nice.

Adding tasks to projects and items to the calendar could certainly be made more efficient.

I’ve also noticed a couple of other things that my pregnancy brain is currently keeping from me, but will send reports to devs as i find them.

The app is not expensive, together with my Bear app I’m paying $35 a year, and since i write so much and like to log so much about my life it really is actually saving me on money in the long run - i could spend hundreds on journals in one year.

I think this app can truly be amazing and i am so excited to watch it blossom!!!

Exactly the idea I was looking for!! Sloppy implementation.

Updating my review: the dev team has been incredibly responsive to the feedback form and has addressed some of the bugs and crashes I was annoyed by. Since their fix, I have no issues! There are some ways it could be improved still but it’s a great productivity app.

I use timepage and actions and have for a while wished they were one app. This is exactly what I was hoping it would be!! The web app is huge, I always hated not being able to get my actions online. And tagging cross projects!! Love it.
Except it doesn’t seem like you beta tested this at all. Sync across devices can be inaccurate, it is prone to crashing, and the features need improvement. Feels very rushed and not production quality. Fortunately I have 2 weeks on the free trial, but I’d recommend waiting a few months.
