I’ve been using this app for 2 years now in my studio. It’s super easy and user friendly. It’s great not having to keep up with paperwork. What I have just recently become the most impressed with is the tech support that the app offers.
Paul dealt with me for a few days in a row quickly responding to any and every question I had about it to help restore my services, even through the weekend. Turns out my ancient iPad quit supporting the app. Paul was great at helping me figure out exactly why the app had stopped working, as well as getting me back up and going with the new device I acquired. Easy to use but needs major improvements
Been using this app for some time now. It’s easy to use but there are major improvements needed.
1. After taking a picture of customer ID, the customer can go ahead and remove that picture very easily almost at every step.
2. For address fields, name, phone number - any field pretty much - customer can put one letter or number and the system will accept it. For example I can put the number 4 in phone number and can continue to the next section.
3. For just tattoo or piercing studios there should be a way to remove one of the options for the customer to pick from. For example if we only do tattoos I do not wish for the customer to have the piercing option.
4. The app crashes sometimes. Also a few times the app would have the thinking spinning wheel stuck on the page where the piercer is suppose to sign and the only way to move forward is to restart the app because the page gets stuck and then the customer needs to fill all the info again! This happened many times. Every page should be saved before moving to the next so info is not lost if the app crashes or gets stuck. That way you can continue exactly where you stopped if the app crashes.
5. I should have the option to save completed forms automatically on an external drive like google drive etc.
If the app can be improved with the mentioned above I believe it would definitely be a 5 star app instead of a 3 star.
Rebel Ink Tattoo
Literally stores everything all our customers phone numbers and consent forms even IDS! It also send appointment reminders to your scheduled appointments and does a running total for each artist and the shop as a whole! You can search for clients and also search by the day how nice was made that day as a whole and per artist!! It literally saved us on ink toner and paper, saved money with both also I don’t have to store consent forms so def saves space all while making us look more professional! 🤙🤙🤙
