I’ve been using this app for about 2.5 years now. And there are days when it straight up doesn’t work at all. Like the last 3 days in particular. When looking up clients info, it can be fussy about who comes up when you type a name. Sometimes shows one client but not another with exact same name. Why does it ask for an ID at the end instead of the beginning? It’s just not great. And it’s currently been down for 3 days. Not good. We pay for your service and rely on it

Better than Paperwork

This application hasn’t been smooth sailing, but I don’t think I’ve found any app that doesn’t have its flaw and hiccups. I’ve had some issues with a few things, but Paul has always written me back and tried his best to understand and fix any issues I’ve had. I agree with the previous review about being able to adjust prices on paperwork and it’s is hard to search previous clients. I constantly get booted out and have to log back in, but I believe it’s because of the number of artist using the application. Once all of the bugs are out of this system, it will be really awesome!

I’ve been using this app for 2 years now in my studio. It’s super easy and user friendly. It’s great not having to keep up with paperwork. This update fixes a performance issue that caused the camera to open twice when capturing photo IDs on form screens.
